1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile application ("App") developed and published by Starlit Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.
These Terms apply to all our Apps, including but not limited to Nut & Bolt: Color Puzzle, and any future applications we publish.
2. Eligibility
Our Apps are intended for users of all ages. However:
- If you are under the age of 13 (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction), you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Apps.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring the use of our Apps by minors in their care.
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our Apps on a personal device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Copy, distribute, or publicly display the App or its content
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices within the App
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
4. In-App Purchases
Our Apps may offer optional in-app purchases ("IAP") for virtual items such as coins, tools, cosmetic skins, or other in-game content.
⚠️ Important: All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or transferred
- In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and you are subject to their respective terms of service and refund policies
- We reserve the right to modify the pricing or availability of in-app purchases at any time
- If you request a refund through the platform store, your access to the purchased virtual items may be revoked
5. Virtual Currency and Items
Our Apps may feature virtual currencies (e.g., coins) and virtual items (e.g., tools, skins) that can be earned through gameplay or purchased via IAP.
- Virtual currencies and items are licensed to you, not sold
- We may modify, reset, or remove virtual currencies or items at our discretion, including for game balancing purposes
- Virtual items are tied to your device and cannot be transferred between devices unless we specifically provide such functionality
6. Advertisements
Our Apps are free-to-play and supported by advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob.
- You agree that advertisements may be displayed during your use of the App
- Some ads may be personalized based on your preferences and device settings (you can opt out via your device settings)
- Rewarded advertisements (e.g., watching a video for in-game currency) are voluntary and optional
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the websites/apps they may link to
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, services, or other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers/networks connected to it
- Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
8. Intellectual Property
All content in our Apps — including but not limited to game design, graphics, animations, sounds, music, text, UI elements, code, trademarks, and trade dress — is the exclusive property of Starlit Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
User-generated content (e.g., screenshots, gameplay recordings) may be shared freely for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given.
9. Game Progress and Data
Game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain server-side backups of your game data.
📱 Note: Uninstalling the App, clearing app data, or switching devices will result in loss of game progress. We are not responsible for any lost progress, virtual currency, or purchased items due to device changes, OS updates, or user actions.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep our Apps available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may:
- Temporarily suspend the App for maintenance or updates
- Discontinue the App or any features at any time without prior notice
- Modify game content, mechanics, or features to improve the user experience
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any defects will be corrected
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Starlit Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any content or conduct of third parties within the App
- Loss of virtual currency, items, or game progress
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Starlit Studio and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Apps.
14. Third-Party Services
Our Apps may contain links to or integrate with third-party services such as:
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Google Play Store / Apple App Store (distribution and payments)
- Firebase (analytics and crash reporting)
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the App is immediately revoked
- You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
- You forfeit any virtual currency, items, or progress in the App
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Vietnam.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Starlit Studio regarding your use of the Apps, superseding any prior agreements.
